Our clinic has a 48 Business Hours refill policy.

If you are in need of a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy before contacting our office. This applies even when there are no refills left on the prescription. Your pharmacy will fax a refill request to our office for processing.

If you are in need of a written prescription from our office, please contact our office at 503-656-0836 and ask to speak with the Triage Department.
